Your mnl365 Account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person. mnl365 reserves the right to close any Account found to have been transferred without prior written consent.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mnl365 Account login credentials, including your password and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered Philippine mobile number. You agree to notify mnl365 immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
mnl365 will never ask for your password via live chat, email, SMS, or any other communication channel. You should treat any communication requesting your Account password as fraudulent and report it to our support team immediately.
mnl365 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorised use of your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials or your failure to log out from shared devices.

The minimum deposit amount on the mnl365 Platform is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by mnl365, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your mnl365 PHP Wallet within sixty (60) seconds of successful transaction authorisation. Bank transfer deposits may take between ten (10) and thirty (30) minutes depending on the processing institution. mnl365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. mnl365 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, including accounts held in the name of family members or other individuals. Any funds deposited from a third-party source may be returned and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
The mnl365 Platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP) for all real-money transactions, with the exception of USDT TRC20 deposits and withdrawals, which are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. All account balances, game results, and payout calculations are denominated in PHP.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC identity verification. Unverified Accounts may deposit and play but are restricted from processing withdrawals until identity verification is successfully completed. mnl365 reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time prior to processing a withdrawal.

mnl365 is not responsible for losses incurred due to interrupted internet connections, power outages, or device failures on the Player's side. For games where the outcome has been determined prior to disconnection, the result stands regardless of whether the Player was able to view it in real time. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mnl365, its officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages of any kind, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the mnl365 Platform.
mnl365's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits mnl365's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
The mnl365 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. mnl365 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform. Service interruptions for maintenance, system upgrades, or events beyond mnl365's reasonable control may occur and will not constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
mnl365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or receipt of a complaint or legal process from a regulatory authority.
You may request the closure of your mnl365 Account at any time by contacting our Customer Support team via live chat or email. Upon receiving your closure request, mnl365 will process any outstanding verified withdrawal to your registered payment method before closing the Account. Accounts subject to an active investigation or pending withdrawal review may not be immediately closed.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has occurred for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. mnl365 will contact the Account holder using the registered contact details prior to taking any action on a dormant Account. Dormant Account balances are subject to an administration fee of up to ₱100 per month after the Account has been dormant for twelve (12) consecutive months.
mnl365 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or platform notification at least fourteen (14) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where urgent amendments are required for legal or regulatory compliance, in which case changes may take effect immediately.
Your continued use of the mnl365 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, or your use of the mnl365 Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
